Recommendation for a luxury spa hotel in central london please

We are treating ourselves to a one night stay (adults only!) at a spa hotel. We want a luxury room, good spa facilities and a fancy dinner. Any recommendations please?

To be honest, the Sanderson looks a little too trendy for me. Interesting concept, but just not me I think. Thanks for the other link katzer - they all look nice so its hard to choose. I suppose I would like someone to tell me they stayed in one!
