Villa Rigo in Cala d'Or?

Hello
I am considering this villa for a family holiday and was wondering if anyone has stayed in it previously?
I am looking for a well equiped 6 bed villa within walking distance to a nice beach and some restaurants.
Any feedback or other reccomendations would be great! Thanks.

Anyone stayed in this villa, or just in Cala d'Or itself?
Is it a good place for a family holiday? Really looking for somewhere with a bit of character, nice local food and enough to keep a 12 year old entertained!
