My in-laws were delayed on a Ryanair flight from Stansted to Girona on 26 October. They werent given any info and ended up delayed by 7.5 hours. Ryanair say that it was due to Air Traffic Control. However, Ryanair have flights departing Stansted virtually every 20 minutes or so and other flights happily left Girona so think this is obviously a load of old balloney and they obviously dont want to pay any compensation.
Is there a way to get hold of old flight info to see what flights departed and arrived on that day so I can go back to them with hard ammo?
