Hotels in Nice

Can anyone reccomend a hotel in Nice? DH and I want to go for a short break in June. Looking for 4 with a decent breakfast and nice rooms. Are we asking too much for a 4?

I stayed at the Boscolo Plaza a couple of times. Was lovely, very friendly and great views. It's situated between the Promenade des Anglais and the old town so great for wandering around and restaurants etc. The hotel restaurant was great too.
