Toddlers and London Black Taxis???

Thinking of going up to London with the troops one of whom is 2yo.
Don't really fancy the tube at the mo so wondered if you can take little ones in a taxi without a car seat?

Yes you can, I have taken mine many times, I just strap her pushchair in the straps they use to secure wheelchairs or if they don't have any just hold it securely.
