Buy To Let Abroad

I'm looking at buying a flat in Puerto Pollensa in Majorca to rent out. Has anyone any experience of buying to let abroad and if so can you give me any tips?

we ( me and dp) are about to do the same, there is so much info to take in. a good website with all info on is www.themovechannel.com also id recommend the book " buying property in spain" by harry king, i got it off amazon for about £12, its full of really good info regarding all aspects of buying and renting out. good luck!!
