Windsor Hills Florida Villa recommendations anyone? Please?

I'm booking our first ever florida holiday and want a villa on a gated community with facilities close to disney. So I've researched many and decided on Windsor Hills but I'm now really hoping for a recommendation of a villa from a trusted mumsnetter. I'm struggling to find one that's really nice and affordable but not too nice or too cheap as then I think it's probably too good to be true Confused

I own a villa in Orlando which is just down the road from Windsor Hills but not gated so not suitable for you.
However, my management company out there manage lots of luxury villas all within 4 miles of Disney so I'm sure they must have some at Windsor Hills.
The company is called Loyalty Homes and is owned and managed by a lovely English lady called Yvonne. I have trusted her with my home for over 10 years and would be happy to recommend any houses she manages.

Have a look at www.loyaltyusa.com

I warn you though, Windsor Hills will not be cheap!

Thankyou, that's great to know. I'll have a look through and see if she has any windsor hills villas available for our dates. Thanks.

We were in Windsor Palms which was just along Livingston Road (which Windsor Hills is on) and off Formosa Gardens Boulevard - about a 2 min drive from Windsor Hills.

You didn't say what size villa you wanted but we stayed here on Fan Palm Way which had 6 bedrooms (3 families shared) and another set of friends had a 4 bedroom on the same street so we could just wander between.

The location is ideal. We never had any problems getting into Disney or into town for Universal/Sea World. In fact, if you have Satnav, it might take you an interesting way to/from the Animal Kingdom past all the Disney cast member areas on Sherberth Road! There are enough restaurants on the 192 to keep you going for years and there is a Walgreens and a Publix about a 10 min drive further along the 192 which were fairly good supermarkets.

Thanks CaurnieBred that sort of recommendation is just what I'm after but unfortunately I've just checked they're booked for when we go.

Any other recommendations anyone?
