Day out for DS1 3rd birthday!

DS1 will be 3 on the 18th November and i still have not planned anything.
So i thought i would ask fellow mners for some ideas, i am really stuck this year. I dont really want to have another party, but cant think where i could take him.
We live in East London, and i dont drive so somewhere locally would be prefered!

Hi mummy23 - I live in East London as well and don't have a car.

What about taking him to the London Aquarium? We've done that one on public transport a few times? Or the Museum in Docklands - which has a fantastic interactive section called Mudlarks which my DSs adore. Or Discover! in Stratford - also fantastic and adored by DSs.

Ditto the Aquarium. We took ds there for his 4th b/day this year although he had been before. It has a little park next door which ds loves as well. Haven't been to the other places but they are on my list! Have a lovely time.
