Can I take DS in a pushchair in a Black Cab?

Am currently on holiday with GPs who have made the most ridiculous travel arrangements for myself and DS - am kicking myself for not checking what they have done first...Have now booked us on a new flight home but will have no car seat at the other end...can DS travel in his buggy in a black cab? I cant find a local mini cab firm (Birmingham) that will supply a car seat.

yes they will use the wheelchair seatbelt to secure the buggy in place, i have done this numerous times
