Can anyone recommend any of the National Trust places for a day out? (tomorrow!) We are in London and desperate for a bit of a run around, and happy to go an hour out of London. I really don't know where to go, the age range of children is 4-9, mostly boys, and boys who like to charge about brandishing sticks at anyone who dares come within 50 metres of them. Any tips?
