Travelling the world

I'm keen on 'dropping out' and taking my little one Lily (5 - home-educated) travelling around the world and would love to chat with someone who's either done it or knows a bit about it...
Any help would be gratefully received!

I've done it. Look at booking flights yourself ie individually and also going on a round the world ticket with someone like Austravel or another specialised agent - not the likes of Thomson though!

Decide first of all where you would like to visit. I did

San Francisco
Hawaii
New Zealand
Fiji
Australia
Singapore - travelled through Asia independently of my RTW ticket

Check vaccinations for you both, pack your bags and have an amazing time.

Half the battle is working out where you want to go.
