Is a Seine boat trip suitable for a 3 year old?

I've always wanted to take a bateau mouche despite it being terribly touristy. I know my 7 YO would love it, but will the 3 YO get bored and try to throw herself overboard? (And how easy would it be for her to do that- are the boats open at the sides?)

I don't think she could throw herself overboard. I seem to remember the boat was enclosed.

My memory is very dim, though. I was very hungover that day (pre-DS).
