Villas with staff, nannies etc

Hello mumsnetters - this is my first ever shout out and hoping you can help. I'm arranging a big family get together for my dad's 65th at the end of the summer (early Sept) and looking for a company that offers villas with chef and nanny. Don't mind destination, either Spain, Portugal - as long as it's hot and flight not too long as travelling with lo. We're a mixed group aged 65 down to 6 months! Any advice/reccomendations? Thx! :)

I don't know much about pre-staffed villas, I know some resorts offer them, but probably not as much privacy as renting a private villa- especially if your a large group!

You could book a Nanny in the UK, this way you would get to meet them beforehand and get help on the journey too. - I recommend a company 'My Travelling Nanny' for this.

I have also heard good things about 'Dominiques Villas', and they have live-in chefs, or travelling chefs. Although I think all their Villas are in France.
