How to get a 10mo over jetlag asap

I am travelling from NZ to the UK with my 10mo. Stopping in Singapore for two days. He is a good sleeper, off at 7, up 11-12 hrs later. How am I going to get him to adjust to the 12 hr time difference? Getting a bit stressed just thinking about how little sleep I am going to get and how confused he will be.

Yes, he'll be confused, and yes, you will miss out on some sleep for a couple of nights, but he will get over it sooner than you expect.
As soon as you get to NZ, try to get him into the local time schedule asap.
Don't let him nap too much during the day and make sure that he is out in the sunshine as much as possible. (Daylight is the most important factor in changing your body clock.)
It isn't easy, but it only takes a couple of days.
Don't worry about it too much.

Thanks, I am lying awake at night myself fretting over this!

Second everything RuthChan said, particularly the not letting him sleep much in the day. You may have a day or two of grumpy baby hell, but he'll get over it much quicker than if you succumb to the temptation of letting him have long naps. Lots of daylight also a very good idea.
