holiday parks - no driving needed

Hi, been loking at brochures for european holiday parks, they seem great, can anyone recommend a park anywhere in europe where you can get there and around the area with no driving necessary.

Would be looking to fly or use eurostar and then get a taxi.

Thanks

We went to Union Lido on the Italian Riviera a few years back. We booked a transfer from the airport and the campsite organised trips to Venice and the like. We never went anywhere.

Thanks Portoeufino, have never been to italy and would love to go, who did you book this with?

i only drive when i need to and dp does a lot of driving with work so would like to avoid it if possible, but still be able to venture out. We have 2 dds 9 and 3

i have been to Lac de Reves (flew to Montpelliar and taxi to site). when there booked a taxi to take us to the beach for the day.

I have also been to Camp Fabulous (near rome) - flew to rome and then caught a curtsey bus to site. good bus link to rome itself and quite a fewday trips

We went with Canvas to Un ion Lido and we have also been to Lac des Reves which is Siblu. Very close to Montpellier airport, but you still need a car if you want to go anywhere. At Union Lido that wasn't the case.

Siblu's La Carabasse is walking distance to the beach/shops/restaurants and there is a bus stop to take you further afield. Close to Beziers airport.

Thanks for your help Portoeufino
