Beaches South Wales - which one?

Since the wetaher is so lovely, we hope to come over to Wales tomorrow and are looking for a great snady child friendly beach (with nice cafe/toilets, car park etc). Not likely to be so crowded we can't move.

Have googled Oxwich Bay and Rhossili look lovely (but latter might be too far since we are coming down the M4).

Does anyone know these well and have any comment or other suggestions?

Both Oxwich and Rhossilli are lovely - Rhossilli though is down lots and lots of steps, and is a pain in the bum if you have a small baby or small toddlers who are apt to be tired and want to be carried. Haven't been to Oxwich for years, so can't say what it's like.

I really like both Caswell and Port Eyenon, which are in that area. Both are likely to be fairly busy though.
