Holiday Problems do I have any rights?

Going on holiday with Mark Warner (in Dec) to Abu Soma

The pool isn't heated and there isn't any tennis

When we booked we had both

Do we have any rights?
Who do we complain to?

Have you looked through the small print? Sometimes they have a cover all get out clause in such cases.
