Is there anything to do near Ashford with a toddler if I arrive ridiculously early for our Eurostar??

Basically that. I always allow far too much time for journeys, we are driving from Hertfordshire and I just know we will be early as I am obsessed with getting stuck in traffic on the M25. Train is at 4.55pm so we're likely to arrive mid afternoon, possibly needing a nice cuppa and a piece of cake. So a toddler-friendly cafe would be ideal!

Arseend of nowhere indeed, looking on the bright side though, you are generally able to get on the earlier train if there is space. It has happened to us twice and the same for our visitors. Coming from Herts, you'll use the QE2 bridge, the queues are far shorter than for the tunnel.

I second the outlet, it's got like multi tented roof - you can see it right by the station, cheap as chips, play area, food hall - jobs a good 'un

Thanks all. It sounds just the ticket for killing some time.
