Cambridge - Addenbrookes - Soft Play?

We're going out to Cambridge at some point this weekend, near Addenbrookes hospital. Are there any soft-play sorts of places near there?

Yes, there's one about 10 mins away in Fulbourn. It's Cheeky Monkeys

Cheeky Monkeys . It's small-ish but has a nice outside bit.

There's also a Funky Fun Factory on the Mercers Row Industrial Estate, off Newmarket Road. Lot bigger than cheeky monkeys, all inside.

Funky Fun Factory is nearer, and I would recommend it over CM - which is great in nice weather but just gets so packed inside at weekends. FFF can take 150 kids and imposes a 2 hour limit.

Hello CQ btw

Thanks! That was quick!

We're getting a new niece or nephew today or tomorrow, and planning a trip out. I want somewhere for the boys to run off their energy.

They'll certainly be able to run off their energy at either of those.

Agree with Prufrock that CM gets very busy at weekends (afernoons bit better) but may be a bit better if your children are 2-3 as you can usually see more or less where they are.

Hello Prufrock!

I have one four-year-old and one one-year-old. Both are very independant, and will wander off and do their own thing, although obviously the one-year-old needs some supervising.

Where is the Funky Fun Factory? I've done a websearch, and helpfully found a sex toy company called "Fun Factory".

Oh, CQ gave directions. Duh.

Now I just have to wait for the call saying she's had the baby ...
