Hotel booking/reviews website, which one has the "thumbs up" signs instead of stars, suns etc?

ok, i am officially going mad trying to remember which website it was i was looking at a few days ago.! It had some good reviews of a hotel in menorca i was looking into for a relative, and i distinctly remember its reviews from people who've stayed there were thumbs up signs instead of 4 out of 5 suns or stars for example. Can i find it, no! Can anyone help??

I don't know about thumbs up signs, but I do not book anywhere without first reading reviews on www.tripadvisor.com or www.tripadvisor.co.uk
It is the best hotel/ accommodation/ restaurant/ sightseeing etc review site that I have come across, and also has forums for most towns/ cities/ resorts around the world.
