Can anyone recommend an airbed?

I'd like something to use in the house when friends stay overnight - I'm thinking adult couple rather than children. Any suggestions?

Aerobed here too... Just about to sleep on ours as staying at someones house. Quite comfortable even at 7 and half months pregnant :)
