Solo travel

Would love to visit places (UK weekends away) but don't have anyone to go with, would you go alone?

Where exactly are you thinking of going?
I don't mind traveling alone. Just be as aware of your safety as you are at home
Hostels can be good places to meet people. Also find it easy start up conversations in spas.
Sightseeing tours help orientate you.
Carry a book to hide behind in case you suddenly feel very self conscious.

Hmm just places on my list of places to see, so quite a few to choose from. I'm not really concerned about the safety aspect because I think I'm fairly confident in that respect, it's more the fact that I am alone:(
