I can recommend anything by James villas. Have used them for years and always excellent. Kissimmee is the place to stay for Disney.

You need to put a call out for Mumoverseas, she has a villa out there that she rents out.

The choice of villa and where to stay can indeed be very overwhelming. There are various very nice gated secure developments of houses and villas with pools, games rooms etc all within an easy drive of Disney and other Orlando parks.
Kissimmee is a very good area, close to WDW.
Try www.mickeyhomes.com as they do holiday villa rentals. This is a small company run by an American husband and wife, along with an English lady who now lives there.
Be aware that June will be very hot and humid, and I think the parks are busy at this time, as the American schools break up for summer.
If you have young children, April/ May or October/ November are better times weatherwise.
The first week in June is usually 'Gay Week' in WDW and area. Many groups of Gay people from all over America visit WDW, so be aware of this.

agree with previous, we went at Halloween once, the weather was still warm enough for us (we had tshirts and shorts, locals in coats and gloves) and there was no queuing for hours for a ride. Max wait 15 mins, and some the DC could run off and back round and straight on again.
