anyone been to the Aliens exhibition at the Science museum?

Thinking of taking ds (5) this week

Haven't been, but thinking of taking ds, 11, and dd, 7. Sounds good.

I'm a bit worried it might be scary!

Yes, 5 is quite young. From the reviews I've read, I was thinking mainly of ds - at 11, he's read the books, eg Hitchhikers' Guide etc.

Hope someone else on here has been and can tell you. You know it's quite pricey getting into the 'special' exhibitions, don't you, tho the museum itself is free? Also generally half term is hell in terms of crowds. (Not trying to put you off or anything...) But be prepared.
