Hi
We want to take a couple of weeks holiday with our kids who are 6 months and the older one is nearly 3.
We want to go abroad for some sun and relaxation as we are so run down!

We don't mind where are long as they have the following:

sun
Suite or interconnecting room-this is a must!
Babysitting service and possibly kids club
Half board or all Inc
Not too long a flight

I would really appreciate any suggestions. We have so far thought of sani in Greece but not sure of the weather and Dubai, which could be too hot!

thanks

When do you want to go - that will have a big impact on where I would suggest. If you like warm weather, and want to go in the next few weeks, I would go for Dubai. However, after mid April it will probably become hideously hot. I was there (because of DH's job with DS1 (nearly 2) when I was 5 months pg, and I had a good time, but July was a tad too hot!

If you are talking June / July - France?

what about mark warner? they have a few resorts in europe but i just tried to book with them and the resort that i wanted to go with they were wanting to charge me a supplement for interconnecting room. i asked why and they explained that we would have my 9 month old in our room and my ds who is 2.5 will be sleeping in the other room so they could sell it and have more people fill it if you see what i mean. It's nonsense as we would have both kids in the other room!!! i told them that i thought their policy was rubbish considering they were a family company!!!

have a look at the Hilton resort in Sarigerme (nr Dalaman) in Turkey. We went in October and going again next month. It is very nice but not much to do outside of the resort.

Thanks, I'll look at mw and turkey as we have never been there. We are looking to go in may. Golden green did the place in turkey have hb or all Inc? And did you use the Childcare?

we went all inclusive, not sure about other options. We didn't use the childcare but were pleased with the pool and playground that were available.

we went to Foca in Turkey (near Izmir) last summer with neilson and are booked to go back again as we and the kids had such a great time. I see they have a new resort in Turkey further south so should be warmer??? Their kids clubs were ace and the resorts smaller than the others so we found them more socialble. WE took a 'family villa' in the gardens was ace - but this year we're taking 'connecting rooms' as we didnt use the room much - spent too much time on the water or in the bar!

Turkey is lovely in May, not too hot. It is also a very child friendly country.

Depends on budget ect but Sensatori Tenerife was fantastic and lots to do for both adults and children so you can all enjoy it.
