Hi we are wanting to travel to Thailand later this year with our 3 year old twins. We'd like somewhere with good beach access, some activities like a kids club for the kids and good leisure/relaxation facilities for adults. Anyone have any tips?

You don't say a budget but on the pricey side, the Indigo Pearl www.indigo-pearl.com/ on Phuket is brilliant. Good kids club, super safe beach, fab restaurants, all very child friendly (home made ice lollies by the pool etc). They have new family suites too.

This is a quiet corner of Phuket, not near the craziness and ladyboys of Patong Beach!

Or the club med on Phuket. Check your dates and avoid the monsoon. It really does tip it down sometimes.

Also, the baht to the pound is very poor at the moment, the last time I looked it was around 45, when we lived there it was 77 at its height.
