Flight to Greece with an 8 month old - tips!!

Hi All,

We're flying to Santorini with DS in May when he'll be 8 months old. We're going to be bringing a travel cot and a pushchair but not a car seat because we won't be hiring a car there and the car seat he uses is a Britax First Class one anyway so it's HUGE lol

Anyway, it's a 4 hour flight and he is a very lively boy who likes to roll around, kick on a mat etc, he's not particularly keen on being wrapped in a blanket or sitting quietly on my knee, so I have to admit I'm kind of dreading the journey Confused I'm going to pack his changing bag with some teething toys, a bottle to give him during take off and landing to help with his ears, snacks to keep him quiet and the baby bjorn to walk around with him when he gets fussy (which he definitely will lol)

But are there any other surviving the flight tips that I need to know about - other things I really need to bring etc I don't know if it makes any difference but the airline we're going with is Easyjet.

Thanks in advance! Don't want to start (and end!) the holiday as a nervous wreck

I flew with Easyjet when DS was 5 months. It was no problem TBH. I found sitting in an aisle seat useful so you can get up and down. He had his milk and slept quite a bit on me. Take some snacks/small toys/books etc and be prepared to walk about.
