Good for 10yo and 12 yo boys? And us grown ups?

Yes great fun for boys of that age. What time of year will you be travelling? We went just after Easter a couple of years ago after spending a few days in Barcelona. Unfortunately the weather was unbelievably awful but, nevertheless, the kids had fun. The water park was not open when we went but the indoor pool was okay (although it was very busy due to the constant torrential rain).

Overall a great holiday for the kids but expect to spend more than you want or plan to because, as you might expect, it is expensive to eat and drink in the resort.

Have a lovely time.

We went last year but it was in August when the Spanish people were on holiday too, so not only was it really hot it was really crowded too with massive queues for everything.

We'd been before a few years ago in May and it was much better then.

It's great if you like theme parks in general but as copycat said it is expensive inside the park.

Porteventura is a great place for ALL the family. We went last May school holidays and stayed in one of the park hotels. The theme park is great and your boys are a great age for all the rides. My DD aged 6 was too young for some of the rides but we will definetly return when she is older. It was very hot even in May and the weekends were very busy with locals but during the week was much quieter. Water park next door worth a visit too.
