Lopesan Baobab - Gran Canaria

Hi,

We're thinking of this for Easter - has anyone been?

There's lots of reviews on tripadvisor, I looked because I've been to Gran Canaria before, although not there. Gran Canaria itself nice, quite varied, from Las Palmas (city) to beach resorts.

Thanks, have looked at Tripadvisor but some mixed reviews, so was hoping for a real person who has been!

I've been. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel, think we may have enjoyed it more pre children though.

Only real complaint was I felt the rooms were dark, I like light and airy.

Sorry, it was villa del conde we went to. Didn't realise they had two in Gran Canaria.

We have been and we are goimg again next Easter. It was great for us and both DS's loved it - the food was a bit hit and miss sometimes but on the whole it was okay.

One thing I would say is be careful of the sand dunes near the complex - its a nudist beach and a well known dogging spot
