Activity world - watford

Has anyone ever been here? I am trying to find a place to meet my friend, and watford seems about 1/2 way between us.
Is it any good? If not is there any where else?

no idea on the watford one, but the hatefield one is ok. cafre is a bit of a grease bar, but the play area is good.

Do you mean Activity World in Bushey at the Lincolnsfield Centre? If so, then yes, it's a really great place to go with children. They have two huge soft climbing frames - one for under 5's and one for over 5's. I haven't been for about 6 months, but can always remember having a good time. There is also Animal World there too, which have I never been to but is supposed to be good. Some of the local schools visit there so must be OK.

Just seen this and might be too late, but we often take the boys when we stay at my mum's in Pinner - they love the indoor play area. We've been to the Animal World bit too, and I'm not too keen on that - a bit run-down, but there are some more climbing areas there too.

At last i managed to meet up with my friend! Acitivity world - well what can i say! It was in the middle of nowhere, and was very quiet (we went monday morning. There is a small baby area, an under 5's area, and an opver 5's area. Baby area wasn't very inspiring, under 5's area ok, but had a very steep bit and i didn't go in the older bit. The whole place could do with a lick of paint, the toilets were clean but very cold! There is a cafe there, the food was ok, but the useual stuff you get at kids places.
Next door is Animal world - a small farm type thing. Again, it was very quiet, and needs a bit of a spruce up.
On the whole we had a nice day, but probably wouldn't rush back if there is anything else in the area!
