Hello

I'm thinking of taking my 10 month DS to Twycross Zoo tomorrow and I think they have a petting zoo. He really loves animals, he gets excited if he sees any!

I would love to take him into the petting zoo. but I don't know if it would be safe to take him in to touch the animals or not - what would you do?

Many thanks

Laura

I would take wipes and make sure he doesn't put his fingers in his mouth after touching the animals. Make sure you wash his hands thoroughly with soap and running water before he touches food - they're bound to have washing facilities in the petting area

I personally would take him, just take some alcogel and wash his hands alot. Also be vigilante that he doesnt put his hands in his mouth after touching the animals :)
