which mark warner is nearest to a resort?

Just thinking about next year already? None of the mark warner locations seem anywhere near a nice town/resort/village so that you can walk away from it if you want a bit of variety? Tried Corsica which was good but still want a lovely resort to walk to ! Anybody tried their ones in Greece?

Paleros is a 20 minute (with buggy) walk from the village, which is small but has a pretty little harbour, few shops and a couple of authentic cafes. And few other tourists, so you do get to see Greeks

Thanks prufrock - that sounds good. If you're still out there, was it nice accommodation? Sorry have only just had a moment now to go back to this thread. anybody else been anywhere else?

It was adequate. I mean - it was significantly better than many places I visited in my youth, and significantly worse than many places I've visited since growing up. But it's clean, and fairly spacious, if not luxurious.

Do a search under Mark Warner, Paleros or Lakitira - they are an oft-discussed company here
