Somewhere sunny 1st week April, 6&3 yr old... Help

We are due to go to Egypt but travel agent has said we can switch locations if we prefer.

Whilst it maybe ok to go by then I don't want to risk it with 2 small children so am looking for other ideas.

Doesn't need to be scorching but warm enough for swimming in pools, eating outside...

Any ideas? Locations and specific hotels would be great, if they have kids club and kid friendly pools etc even better...

We liked Club Med in Agadir (Morocco). Only thing that spoiled it then was building work on the beach(!) yes they were building a promenade, but that was 3 years ago and I am sure it's finished now!

If you want long haul Beaches hotels in Jamaica / Turks and Caicos are super kid friendly.

Oh that's all great thanks. Travel agent said too cold in canaries but when I looked online it didn't seem right.
Will get hunting.

Canaries will be fine in April - it was pretty warm when I went in March a few years back.

we were looking for a holiday at end of march within 5 hour flight and the only places we came up with that would be guaranteed sunny were egypt or canaries. we looked at greece/cyprus but variable weather from what we read.
