We stayed at Roca Nivaria in Tenerife when DS1 and DS2 were those ages - the most relaxing holiday we'd had in ages.

Playa Blanca, lanzarote. Quiet, sand, sea, minimal tat, really good promenade for long walks along the beach with a buggy.
Stayed at H10 Rubicion Palace which was good, though if budget allows go for Princess Yaiza.
