We were going to be going to Egypt! But aren't now. We need a plan B - any tips very welcome. We want a relaxing seaside holiday. dd will be nearly 4 and ds will be 18months.
Any ideas gratefully received!

hiya! tunisia maybe? we went to hammamet but i think there are resorty type places too? was good weather and very friendly people who really liked kids. not too expensive either.

Southern Italy is very nice and quite warm too. I've also done Barcelona in Feb and been out on the beach and walked around in T shirts so it should be nice enough in March.

South Africa. Dead expensive flights cheap as chips once there?
No major time difference for kids, good beaches and nice weather.

We have the same idea, so far it is between Lanzarote, Crete or Cyprus, all good weather in March and not too expensive (unlike Florida which was the first place we looked at)!
Hotels and villas all seem to be v child friendly, our only concern is if it will be a bit dead outside main holiday season, but I think that would be the same anywhe in Europe before June.

we've plumped for gran canaria - can't wait!
