Algarve - best resort for families, children, AI

really fancy looking into this for a holiday in the Summer July.

anyone recommend somewhere lovely that's need a town, restuarants, bars, shops lovely beach good food etc...

We've been twice to Alvor.
Spectacular beach and a lovely resort with old fashioned cobbled streets and lots of lovely restaurants.

Lagos is a lovely town with several beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants and shops too.

We particularly love Praia Da Luz (so much so we recently bought a house there.)

It's a fairly small place which is big enough to have a good range of restaurants but small enough for it to have retained the feel of an old Portuguese fishing village. Lovely family beach- but lots of other super beaches nearby too.
