Most romantic hotel in Prague?

DH wants to go to Prague for our 15th Wedding anniversary in October. I am happy to go along with this as never been, we will probably get 3 and maybe even 4 nights if we butter up my parents to look after the DCs!

Can anyone recommend a really lovely romantic hotel, we will be flying cheaply so dont mind spending a bit more on a lovely hotel. Also...will it be full of stag and hen dos and are there areas to avoid due to this? Any must-sees or great restaurants!!??

Hotel U Pava - although it's years since I was there. Nothing special about the restaurant or service, but the rooms and views, oh my god. Lovely location, too.

The name comes from the park full of peacocks opposite, and they roost in the window alcoves of the apartment buildings round the park.
