I'm in London until Thurs a.m and tbh don't want to spend hours trawling the net for things that dd and I can do. We are in South London and was thinking panto? museum? anything really to occupy her for a couple of hours. We are here longer than we planned as i've not been well so nothing too strenuous (sp) as we fly home on Thursday.

Ok, let me have you suggestions tia

Ohh the Science Museum is great for kids, lots of interactive exhibits. Nearest tube station is South Kensington I think.

The Transport museum might also be pretty good for kids? It's in Covent Garden

I was going to suggest the theatre production of Georges Marvellous Medicine (at the Bloomsbury Theatre) but I've just looked it up and it's finished already, damn.

ZSL (London Zoo) would also be fun, again lots of activities and things for children to do and not just looking at animals. It's in Regents Park, I think you can get a bus from Baker Street tube station.

Hope this helps for a start...

Coram fields is great. We went last year when dds were 3 and 1 and they loved it (and it's free!)

oh great thanks, will look those up. Dolcegusto, we went to Coram Fields last time and we liked it, but thinking it's a bit damp and grey for that.
