A couple of friends have done the Lapland trip - said it was well worth doing it.
The trip I'm interested in is to Hotel Riekonlinna, Saariselka, Lapland. Has anyone been there?
I'm a SP with a DD of 7. It would be lovely if one of her friends & her mum could come too, though I've heard that it's not a problem if we're on our own as DD'll make friends there.
What is the accommodation like if we take the most basic room? Would it easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (it's not really very clear on the website). Should we go half-board?
Also, the price & the company to go with - I've looked at Esprit (friend was v. impressed with them) and another went with Hayes Travel (but her stuff came from Inghams - 2nd friend said they were also v good) and I need advice what Trips to bother/not bother with booking up (Father Christmas is a given, of course!).
Would be very grateful for any advice please, thank you.
