Le Touquet self catering

Thinking of going to Le Touquet Paris Plage for week/10 days this summer and looking for self catering with at least one bedroom incl cot (for me, DH, DD1 (4yrs), DD2 (15m)). Ideally would like access to pool.

Any recommendations? The one that keeps coming up on google is 2km from beach and town which is a bit further than a comfortable walk with DCs.

There's a p and v place set in the woods. tbh parking is plentiful on the beachfront if it turns out to be too far or I'm pretty sure there is a mini train which shuttles to and fro regularly.
