I want a Greek island holiday... quietish, family-friendly, great pool, where do you recommend?

I was thinking Santorini?

The Lindos Mare in Rhodes is quietish with 2 fab pools..very family friendly, went there with my 2 18 months ago.

Santorini is lovely but IMO its not very family friendly or quiet, it is quite touristy/sophisticated, also beaches not great and it is very hilly so lots of steps everywhere.

Kos is nice, have a look at Mastihari, we went there this year.

Sensatori Crete or Elounda in Crete is lovely.
