hotel/b&b recommendation in London please

Hi taking poorly DH up to Chelsea Flower Show as a surpise on the 24th May. Would like to find really nice small hotel or b&b, budget £150. Would like something shabby chic, or quirky, not the usual boring run of the mill. Somewhere fairly central. Any ideas please?
