Rome with a baby - reccommendations

Hi all,

We're travelling to Rome during the February half term with DD who will be just 1.

I'm finding it difficult to know from internet research where might be a good place to stay.

I can speak Italian so no probs there, we need somewhere as cheap as poss, our only proviso being must have ensuite bathroom. Don't care if it does B&B or self-catering etc. but we really need somewhere that would be suitable for DD, any suggestions?

DH is poncier than me, thus a little pickier, so basically anywhere reasonably priced, within the centre of Rome and good for a baby.

Thanks in advance for any help.
