Bitacora hotel Tenerife - anyone recommend?

We stayed there August 09. It is lovely. We were half board the food was excellent and loads of choice. It was the food and restaurant staff thay really made it special for us. They were brilliant with the LOs.

Reception really helpful.
The childrens pool is really safe and enclosed. Adults pool seemed to rarely have anyone in it which was nice. It was very deep so children stayed away making it nice for adults to relax.
Rooms were nice and very clean.
We have been to Tenerife 4 times now and I told dh if we go again I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Dietqueen I was here 3 years ago. As mumofloads said the food is really excellent and they were brilliant with my ds who was 15 months at the time - always went out of their way to speak to him. Also the hotel is in a really nice part of Las Americas, lots of quite upmarket shops nearby.

If I was ever returning to tenerife again I would definately stay here

this sounds great was looking for a good T Hotel
