Short break in feb with crawling baby and toddler?

We want to get away in February and have two energetic DSs age 3 and nearly 1. Considering Centerparcs and Disneyland Paris (DS1 loves movies), but if there was another alternative for a short break with enough entertainment, we'd be open to ideas in the UK and abroad too.

I'd go to centerparcs myself if you're not stuck to term time - noone can afford it in school hols.

They are a bit too young to get the most out of Disneyland.
