Travel between terminals at Heathrow?

Sending dp (limited English) back to Italy on Saturday. He will arrive by coach at terminal 1 and needs to get to Terminal 4.

There seems to be a free train service called either the Express or the Connect, but I can't understand the difference.

Anyone used these? Are they easy for very limited English Mr Bucharest?

Have sorted it, (an independent website rather than the official ones which are in gobbledegook so make me feel like dp!)Connect serves t4, Express doesn't.
