anyone used lastminute.com secret hotels?

Going to London for the weekend without kids in Jan and about to pay £170 pn for a 5 hotel which is a good deal. However there is a 5 city hotel on lastminute.com for £90 pn should I take a chance how bad could it be?

PS which is the best place for afternoon tea Savoy or Dorchester?

I'd take the secret hotel if I were you - if it's in the area you want to be in. I booked one for Edinburgh and ended up in a lovely spa hotel at a price well below the rack rate. If it's 5* you'll be fine.

I've only had afternoon tea at the Landmark and can definitely recommend it.

I regularly used to use the secret hotel thing. If you Google the info given on Lastminute regarding the hotel, you'll find out where it is/what it's called.
