Where can we go in July - want AI, 4/5star hotel

kids disc/entertainment at night
good quality food
nearby town/harbour etc...

we went to Lykia World in Old Deniz Turkey last august which was amazing. it has a waterpark on site which is great as you can go for the odd hour instead of having to be an all day job.
