DD is 1 in March we have a week off want to go warm and active ?walking ?cycling with trailer. Any suggestions

1st week of March off. DD is 1 in March. We would like an adventure. Just the three of us. Any suggestions, i need something to look forward too.

Andalucia in Spain - probably just warm enough and very good for walking / cycling (but not with a trailer as a bit bumpy).
