somewhere to eat near watermill, newbury with dc

Looking for suggestions for somewhere for an early supper that's child friendly before we go to the watermill theatre. Thanks.

In the centre of Newbury (5 mins drive from the watermill) there are various places like prezzos, pizza express, Brasserie Gerrad and strada that serve all day, all in the market place head for Wharf car parks and head through. Most of the pups round here do not start serving food till 6.30pm. The food at the Watermill itself is very variable.
